Family law consultations generally span one to three sessions over a few weeks. Immigration advisory takes three to five weeks depending on the complexity of visa arrangements. Estate planning follows a ten-week structured programme to ensure thorough coverage.

Our consultations are conducted in English. We work closely with certified Thai-English translators for document preparation and can coordinate interpretation for meetings involving Thai-speaking parties when needed.

While we welcome in-person meetings at our Chiang Mai office, initial consultations and certain follow-up sessions can be arranged via video conference. Document signing and specific legal procedures may require physical presence.

Any relevant documents related to your matter — identification, existing contracts, prior legal correspondence, and a brief summary of your situation. We will send a preparation checklist after you book your initial session.

All client information is treated with strict confidence under both professional ethical obligations and Thailand's data protection regulations. Documents are stored securely, and discussions are never shared outside the advisory team without your explicit consent.

We accept bank transfers in Thai Baht and major credit cards. For longer engagements like estate planning, payment can be structured across milestones. Full fee details are provided before any engagement begins.
